As marketing video requests increased, I saw an opportunity to create more structure around how projects entered and moved through production.
I developed a centralized intake process and partnered with our Media team to establish clearer ownership, production timelines, approval stages, and alignment with product development and marketing calendars.
Today, I lead marketing video projects through this process, translating stakeholder needs into creative direction, coordinating timelines and approvals, and keeping work moving from brief through final delivery.
